Location

There is easy access to many of these areas, such as the waterfalls of the Neda and Polilimnio with the canyons that mediate between them, Lake Kaiafa, the Voidokoilia beach, not forgetting the archaeological sites of Ancient Ilidas and Ancient Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic games which still strive to bring peace and coexistence to this day.

The Epicurean Apollo, which is the second Greek Parthenon (created by the same architect Kalikratis) the artifacts of ancient Ithomi (Messina), many of which still remain in very good condition, the palace of King Nestor and the many exhibits in the museum at Chora, the Dove of the Mycenaean period and the caverns with stalactites and stalagmites, Byzantine and Venetian castles such as those of Navarino Pylos, the Bourtzi of Methoni, Kyparissia and finally the legendary church of Saint Theodora with the 17 trees that grow on its roof.

During the summer period there are many cultural activities within our area. Such as: The international theatre festival of Flokas in Ancient Olympia, the international folk dancing festival. This is organized by the Cultural Association of Kyparissia, who invite renowned foreign dance groups to perform traditional and custom dances of their countries in many events throughout our region.
The municipality of Kyparissia, hosts its annual cultural summer events with known and established artists (singers, theatre groups, etc.). As you would expect, on the fifteenth of August there are many festivals in several villages with dances and songs in celebration of the Virgin Mary and in September there is a weeklong festival in Kyparissia.
